Finance and Administration Function
The Finance and Administration office strives to:
- Deliver the best service to all internal and external users
- Drive the development and adherence to company policies and internal controls in order to maximise financial control and minimise risk exposure
- Maintain a structural budgetary and variance reporting process of financial and non-financial performance indicators to be reported to the Board
- Operate as a Resource to Management and Co-Ordinators providing financial advice to assist in decision making
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
